Another great time was had by all. Thanks to Krispi for being the hostess with the mostess for yet another year.

It was really hot, but the natural canopy of leaves
over the "crik" kept us cool

We were wondering why 2 birds kept staying close by
and even dive-bombed us. Then I spotted a nest with
3 baby chicks that they were protecting. We took pics
and watched them. Then when we came back from the
crik they were gone. da Duh DUM!!!

This year we had the first annual Iron Chef BV. The
secret ingredient was "Hot Winks" as Dennis put it.
Can't wait to see what the secret ingredient is for
next year.

I have to say...I was very impressed by all of the
creativity. It was all yummy and I was very tired
afterwards.

Just to top off the trip, when we got to the
parking lot at Burbank I found a nice little scrape
and gouge on my bumper. Bastids!!!
